Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What counts as a guide?
Each unique destination request generates one guide. You can regenerate the same destination without using additional credits.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. We want you to love your guides!
Can I mix guide types in subscriptions?
Adventurer and Team plans let you mix Standard and Deep guides. 1 Deep guide = 3 Standard guide credits.
What if I upgrade mid-billing cycle?
You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days. Your new features and limits are available immediately - Stripe handles this automatically, so there's no double-charging.
What if I downgrade my plan?
Your current benefits continue until the end of your billing period. At renewal, you'll switch to your new plan's limits and pricing.
